Here are some of the pictures from our experience with Ike. We had our friends over to help distract us from the heat. Caroline and Emmi had a better idea, they got their hair soaked with water to cool themselves down. It was pretty funny.

Luckily this was not our fence. A lot of our neighbors fences got blown down.
We were lucky again that our car was not parked under this "protective" cover. When it comes down to it we really came out on top. We only lost power for about 16 hours, again very lucky. I have more cool pictures to look at.
