Insanity

This month has been a blur.  I don't know how it is already the end of April, it makes me really sad actually.  This month has been consumed by selling our house.  I have the most amazing friends here.  My friend Katie spent a good two mornings going through our house and staging it with things we already had.  It looked so much better.  So after pictures and our relator telling us she could have our house ready to list in a few days we put our house on the market the second weekend of this month and let the craziness ensue.  I had friends tell me how crazy it was to have lots of showings and they were right.  It is really annoying to have to keep your house in good enough condition to have it show ready within 45 minutes.  We had lots of people come look the first few days and by Wednesday we had an offer.  What is funny is that so many people that saw our house complained about not having enough access to the backyard.  I was frustrated with that because its really hasn't been an issue for us but the people that are buying the house love that the back deck is enclosed.  So a incoming general surgery resident with three kids will be buying our home.  It's kind of funny that its basically us moving in all over again.  I'm so excited but we do need to be out of the house earlier than we would have liked.  So we are homeless for a while but we have lots of options.  Its going to be a stressful summer.  I can feel it, but we have a buyer so we'll figure it out.  Anyways I hope to write more but life has been kicked into a new kind of crazy, I hope I can keep up!
