Stop the Violence!

The past three nights I have had the strangest dreams EVER. I know why I'm having them I just wish I knew why they have to be so violent. The first night I was in a school that was being taken over by people with guns, the next night I dreamt that I was watching people escape from jail and shooting people and last night someone got beaten to a pulp in my dream. Its really weird, I'm not a violent person so I have no idea what my subconscious is thinking, but I'd really like it to stop, they're starting to creep me out.
