Sick, sick, sick

So I'm really glad Shawn is enjoying his third year getting to play doctor and everything but it definitely has its downsides. Really the part I can't stand is getting sick from all the germs he brings home, namely a cold and pink eye. As a kid getting sick was so fun but now I can't really say to Caroline, "ok I"m sick so if you could just take care of yourself that'd be great!" So if anyone would like to tell me how to not get sick that'd be great!

All I can say is it should pass...my first year of teaching was kind of rough, but then I got nothing for the next couple years. Probably not helpful, but I couldn't think of any great ideas. I guess I did always want to try those Airborne things????

You'll be immune to most childhood illnesses before you have your next child. If you're not interested in that, make him wash his hands when he gets home. That's the #1 way of spreading them.

Ah man, I didn't even think about that happening. You always think of doctors & hospitals as sterile.

i'm told this only happens during pediatrics so have lane take that rotation during the summer, its not nearly as bad!

I was sick for the first year MTB practiced in San Antonio. Pediatrics may be the worst. But hey, Ca-An can take care of things!!!
