Random Funnies

I need to record some of the funny things the kids have said lately.  

First of all Caroline has been a really great helper lately.  She's been doing dishes, and vacuuming, sometimes with out me asking.  It has been wonderful and to keep her excited about it I"ve been telling her what a great job she's been doing.  So yesterday she told me she had a fabulous idea.  Here it is.  These are her exact words, "When Mabel and her family come for Thanksgiving they walk in and you (me) say hit it, and then I (Caroline) start doing the dishes.  Then I"ll go over to the vacuum and you say hit it and I start vacuuming."  Sometimes she is just so strange, it makes me laugh.  I guess that's her great idea for entertaining out guests when they come, I really hope they still want to show!  I promise we'll do more than watch Caroline clean. 

Graham is too funny.  If he sees on of the older kids doing something he automatically thinks he's supposed to be doing it too.  On Father's Day I made eclairs for Shawn.  I let Caroline and Devin share one and cut it in half for them.  Well Graham decided to take matters into his own hands and reached up on the counter, grabbed one, and before I could even see what he was doing he had devoured almost the whole thing.  I guess since he saw the other two had one they were fair game.  He sure loves his food.
