Call Recap

So it appears that I'm already slacking off our new tradition. Shawn was on call last night and I didn't post. Oh well it still counts today because he's asleep and doesn't know what we did. Above is a picture of Devin's favorite toy. He could push that cart around all day. He loves putting different things in there and then pushing them around. That just made it because its cute and he's getting so big now!

Yesterday was really uneventful, which is a nice change from most days Shawn is on call. We did have fun though Caroline and I stayed up and we watched a few minutes of Princess Diaries, which she loved. This is her and her bedtime entourage. We also tried a new hair-do yesterday; pigtails. I really like them, they actually stay in! The highlight of the day was going to the park. I forgot how closely you have to watch 1 yr olds at parks. Every time I turned around Devin was making his way up the slide just about to fall backwards. He was loving it!

And here is Devin spending some quality time with Daddy. He got up all by himself so he could sit and play with Daddy even though he's sleeping. They're buddies. So like I said, nothing really exciting unless trying new hair styles tickles your fancy, but a good day none the less.
