Happy Birthday Devin

Devin was very excited to have presents to open. I wish we could have had his glasses for him because that's what he's getting for him but not until Wednesday. I have to say I've never seen a two year old so concerned about the paper being picked up after tearing it up.

Here he is enjoying his cake. Really he's licking the frosting off the pan, a boy after my own heart!

And here is his cake with the first piece gone. Shawn did a great job making the two and since Devin is into cars we decided to make it a road. And no that's not a football, its a exclamation mark with a lightning McQueen bolt on it. It was fun to make.

Well my big boy is now two, even though he looks like he's three. This year his b-day fell on Thanksgiving but we were able to throw him a little soirée yesterday. He had a good time and was really confused when we started singing to him. He's not used to the attention. We are so happy to have Devin around, he's a real sweetie.
