Here are more things that I love that you probably don't care about but I must profess my love somewhere so why not here?
1. Food. I know that sounds really general but I really do love it! I love making it eating it and most of all watching people eat my food and tell me how good it is. I really believe that when people say, "I don't like cake (this could be anything)." they just have never had good cake. Now there may be some exceptions to this rule but cake? Really people how can you not like cake? If you find the right recipe just about anything can be amazing which is why I love cooking. I love finding that great recipe that tastes amazing.
2. Good cookbooks. The two that I love with all of my heart are Mastering the Art of French Cooking and Cooks Illustrated Cookbook. Now of course there are other good ones out there but these are my favorites. They are wonderful because they explain why you do things when you cook. Cooks Illustrated tries out recipes about 50 times to find out what works. I love it SO much, the lemon bars creamy and tangy, zucchini bread moist and flavorful, chocolate chip cookies AMAZING! I could go on and on but if you want to start making awesome food get one of these books! Or just throw out your old ones and go buy theses you won't be sorry!
3.My elliptical. Since I love food and cooking I have to do something to keep from having a heart attack at 40 which is why I love my elliptical! I never have to leave my house to exercise they kids can play around me while I workout and I can do it anytime I want its fantastic and way better on your joints than running outside. So when I'm old and grey I'll still be able to move. Its a win-win if you ask me.
4. My playroom. This is where we keep toys and my elliptical, but I really love it because I can throw the mess of downstairs up to the playroom and people that come over never know. I can also have people sleep there and they have plenty of privacy. Its great, I don't think I'll ever be able to live without one again!
