Sick

I completely forgot how awful it is to be sick.  I've already been sick twice this year but in January Shawn was not at work and able to help.  Maybe what I really don't like is being sick and not having anyone to take care of me.  Its the pits.  I'm all better now but Friday was pretty terrible, strep throat, and a sick husband who had to work late. Yuck.  I actually did have some help while I was sick though.  Graham brought me crackers whenever I needed them, Devin brought me water when I needed it, and Caroline she vacuumed downstairs for me!  It was the best act of kindness ever.  I don't know what is wrong with her that would possess her to want to do it but hey I'll take it!   All three kids were so helpful this weekend and it was magical, although they did play WAY too much mario cart.  But hey desperate times call for desperate measures.
