Its been a while...

So I thought I'd catch everyone up on what's been going on with the Funks. We had a great weekend. My mom came into town this weekend which is always a blast. First let me apologize for the lack of pictures, we've (Shawn) has been working on the computer for a while and hasn't been able to get our pictures up and running quite yet. Regardless our kids are still cute so don't worry. So Friday we hit the zoo and Target grandma's two favorite places to visit while here. My favorite part of the weekend was getting Caroline's dress almost done with the help from my mom. I should be finishing it this week and can't wait to post pictures. Its going to be awesome. Saturday we spent the day in Katy and spent the afternoon at Bear Creek Park. Ashley made a surprise visit that made the weekend even more fun. It was a very typical afternoon, it took about an hour to find the park because mom and dad forgot were it was, Caroline wet her pants after about 5 minutes of arriving, and we forgot to bring the meat and cheese for the sandwiches so we (Brandon) had Cheeto sandwiches for lunch. All joking aside it was really fun. Dinner was fun too, my favorite part being Devin thinking the cheese popovers were balls and tried to throw them. My kids are really classy. Thanks again for dinner dad! Sunday was a crazy exhausting day as usual and we're just looking forward to having Shawn home a little more after obgyn rotation is over. I"ll post more pictures soon!
