Soccer!

Caroline had her first soccer game yesterday!  It was one of the funniest things I"ve ever seen!  The girls were so excited about being there that the first time the ball went out of bounds the girls on the sidelines ran to see what was going on.  Of course it wouldn't be the first game without scoring for the other team.  However it wasn't Caroline so whew.  It was still hilarious.  Whenever a girl made a goal even the girls from the other team would give hugs.  Adorable.  That may have more to do with the fact that I don't think the players could tell which team they were on.  For some reason the teams playing each other were wearing slightly different shades of blue.  Note to whoever makes the uniforms, make the colors obviously different, there can't be that many teams to need two shades of blue.  Anyways, Caroline had a great time.  I think her favorite part was drinking Powerade.  She even kicked the ball a few times.  We need to work on defense, she thinks that running behind them is a great way to stop the ball.  It was so great other than I was literally melting on the sidelines.  For those of you thinking about visiting in the summer thinking its cooler than in Houston it's not, at least not most days.  I loved it and I'm glad Caroline had so much fun.  Oh and I think the other team won since we scored for them.  Here are a few pictures.
