To Nap or Not To Nap

Devin is at a hard age.  Really just with naps, he's the sweetest boy ever but man I wish I could figure out this nap thing.  See Devin will be the first and only person in our house to let you know he's tired.  Several times during the day he tells me he's tired and loves to snuggle at any chance.  So some days I'll have him lay down and take a nap and on those blissful days when I have both boys asleep I think to myself, "wow this is great!"  But then on those same nights when he does take a nap Devin doesn't fall asleep until about 9 and I get to hear him open and close his door about 10 times and keep Graham up.  So tomorrow I get to deal with 2 overtired boys because they went to bed too late and at which time I will be thinking," wow this really stinks!"  I think I'm going have to let Devin let go of the nap despite how great it seems at the time.
