Rainy Day Fun

It finally rained here! Thank goodness! We really needed the rain and it felt about 10 degrees cooler outside. Since it was raining outside we decided to be crafty and this is what we came up with, foam visors. I know really cool but they were inexpensive and the kids really love them, they even took them to bed. We also went to the Museum of Natural Science. It's free on Tuesday afternoons and I was surprised at how much Caroline enjoyed it. She was a little worried that the dinosaur bones would bite her though. After a few reassuring words she was just fine. It was nice to get out and talk to other adults, thanks for coming Katie! I guess the most exciting thing today was finding termites on our wall today! YUCK! We called our landlord and he's figuring everything out but still nasty. It doesn't bode well that they were on the outside of the wall. At least we don't have to pay to fix it. Our neighbors have them even worse. I guess we got lucky.
