Mothers Day

I wish I could say that mothers day was really relaxing, but that would be a lie.  Shawn had to work most of the day so I did have a typical "mother's day" in the aspect I did the normal mom stuff all day.  On the bright side my kids are great and did everything in her power to make it a great day.
1.  They didn't bother me until 7 even though they woke up around 6.
2. The first words out of Devin and Caroline's mouth were Happy Mother's Day!
3. Caroline sang really loud for me at church and smiled at me the entire time!
4.  Caroline made me a card that she decorated and wrote, Caroline to mom, on it all by herself.  And helped Devin make one for me.
5. Caroline helped me make a really tasty key lime pie for dessert.
6. Devin didn't run off the stage while the primary sang today.
7. Shawn took us out to dinner last night so I didn't have to cook.
8. After dinner last night Devin got in the car and said, "Life is good." I guess corndogs and french fries are as good as it gets for a 3 year old.  
9. Graham didn't require a trip to the ER.  This child falls of something or into or on his face at least once a day!  But not today!
Maybe next year will be a bit more relaxing, I won't hold my breath.
