I love finding a good deal so when I went to Costco and found that Gain detergent was on sale for $7 less than the Tide I usually buy I decided to give it a try. I was so happy after I washed my sheets, they smelled SO good, like good enough to make my whole room smell great. I thought I had found a new detergent (exciting stuff around here) until this morning when Devin woke up with hives all over his arms and face. I was really confused and couldn't figure out what I had done different until I talked to my go to person when anything goes wrong with my kids, my mom. She had it figured out in about 2 minutes so hopefully its nothing a little Benedryl and our old detergent can't fix. So now I'm off to wash already clean clothes for the second time in a day. I bet everyone is so jealous of me right now.
Those rosy cheeks are actually hives. I love this picture for 2 reasons.
1. He has green eyes! Some times its hard to tell but I'm so happy one of my kids got my eye color.
2. His eyes are still straight! Oh man I love this boy. Sorry I made you break out in hives again!

Poor Devin! I can't use Tide with Febreeze. It makes me break out. Landon and I have gone through the washing clean sheets so I don't look like a zit.
He looks SO grown up in this picture! Maya had that same problem too with tide...I just went back to baby detergent :)
