The Epitome of Childhood

Here is more proof that Caroline is growing up too fast.  She has lost another tooth and its one of the front and much more noticeable.  It had been loose for about 2 months so she was extremely happy when it finally came out.  The day it happened the boys slept in her room on the floor but Devin wasn't so sure he wanted his sleep interrupted by the tooth fairy so he left  to sleep in his own room.  I think he said something like,"I know the toothfairy is really bright and I don't want it to wake me up."  I told you he's funny.  Anyways she now looks much older and in the thick of her fun, carefree little kid years.  Can she please stay this way I think she may be too much for me during her teenage years.

She looks a little crazy here but oh well, she kind of is and we love it.

We also made it to our (my) favorite Vanderbilt activity this weekend, the Pump it Up welcome party.  I must say I was a little sad that my kids are now big enough they no longer need my help so I have no excuse to slide down the big slide.

Shawn determined to teach Devin the correct way to bat even if the bat is just a cut up noodle from a pool.  My kids LOVE going here and its probably good that we don't have one too close or we'd spend too much money/time there.  There you have it our last fun adventure for the summer, school starts TOMORROW!
